Smartwatches

During the course of usability engineering course Mobile media we have three Various Smart Watches on their examined Benuterfreundlichkeit in everyday life.

The following Smart Watches we tested: Moto 360, The Sony SmartWatch 3 and Apple Watch sport.

The first demographic question served to the age of the Subjects herrauszufinden.

Of the 16 participating subjects only three had previous experience with Smart Watches.

Overall, a balance between Android users and iOS users existed.

In the first use case, the subjects restaurants should display nearby.

The times required were quite similar for all watches.

At best, the Apple Watch Sport cut off here.

The task in the second use case, it was using to answer the voice input to an incoming message.

In the second use case, the subjects needed with the Sony SmartWatch 132 seconds and with the Motorola 69th The Apple Watch was again the fastest with 30 seconds on average.

The Apple Watch scored highly against the other watches with a PushUp notification on which direct a microphone was shown to respond.

The third use case consisted of three smaller tasks: to be played first music 2.

However, six test persons have noted the they would not use the language assistant in public.
